Berry Delicious

This is a super quick dessert or snack which you can whip up in seconds.


  • 1/2 Banana (can be frozen)
  • handful of blueberries (can be frozen)
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • almonds or walnuts (optional)


Simply blend banana, frozen blueberries and natural yoghurt.

You can also add a few almonds, walnuts or any other nuts you like for extra fibre and a dose of healthy fat!
