This is a great refreshing sweet treat.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 3 strawberry and lime fruit teas (Healtheries used in this recipe)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh mint
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 cups crushed ice, to serve
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
Make tea with 1 litre boiling water. Stir in sugar and half the mint. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain. Cool, discarding infused mint.
Mix tea with lime juice and 1/2 cup of cold water. Add crushed ice to each glass. Top with strawberries and remaining mint. Pour over iced tea. Serve.
