Here is a super easy, tasty healthy breakfast!
Add a tablespoon of dried fruit (I’ve used blueberries and cranberries here), a tablespoon of seeds and 1-2 tablespoons of rolled oats to unsweetened yogurt, stir, and leave in the fridge overnight and voila, in the morning it is ready for you to enjoy!
I sprinkled a teaspoon of a seed mix (here I have used a mix from the Alison’s Pantry range at New World or Pak’n'save but you can use any mix you like, I normally make my own) and a tiny drizzle of honey for decoration but it’s sweet enough so it’s optional!
