Stock

Focus on sodium. Easy swaps to cut down sodium when buying stock is to look for the ‘salt reduced’ version. While the ‘salt reduced’ version of each product is a better option than their ‘original’ counterpart, it is also worth looking at the sodium contents of the different types of products/brands e.g. stock pots have more sodium than the liquid and powdered versions.
