Swaps to increase calcium

The Ministry of Health recommends that women aged 19-50 and men aged 19-70 get a daily 1000mg of calcium; this increases to 1300mg for women aged 51 and over, and for men over the age of 70. It’s also important that growing teenagers get 1300mg a day.

Calculated on a per 100g/ml comparison (unless otherwise stated)
